Ampoule bottle filling and sealing machine series are widely used in pharmaceutic injectable drugs,therefore, the machine material and the whole filling and sealing process requires higher GMP standard. Our ampoule bottle filling sealing machine use SS 316L for contact part, and machine whole body is SS304 material. Our ampoule bottle filling and sealing machine has CE and ISO9000 certificate. Besides during the sealing process, there is gas and fire, safe operation design and stable machine performance is the key points when we design and make the machine. There are mainly four models ampoule bottle filling machine, their major difference is on the capacity and machine speed. Two needle filling model, four needle filling, six needle filling and eight needle filling. Six needle filling is mostly ordered for middle scale capacity request, and other features like nitrogenization can be made too.
